18 de January de 2021The Villa Boscana single-family house project allowed us to be awarded at the Mallorca Architecture Awards. This incredible single-family house, located in the Son Vida neighborhood, is an example of a luxury property with modern and elegant materials, making it the perfect example of our work. At Grup ICR, we created all the gas, plumbing, air conditioning with underfloor heating, sanitation and a pool with water heating. In addition, the entire house has home automation services and solar panels to function in harmony with the environment.
The house was under construction between 2011 and 2013 on a plot of 800 m2. It is located at the top of a hill, so that from the town you can see the city of Palma from an unbeatable perspective. The house reaches such a level of perfection that it has become an icon of Majorcan architecture. We are very proud to have been part of such a construction team intending to create an example of sustainability on the island.
